CURRENT PROJECTS:  2200

fridge260px.jpg APRIL 22, 2005: Finished copywriting of all the advertising, sales collateral, signage, web messaging and direct mail for 2200, a 262-unit mixed-use condominium development in downtown Seattle with a brand new Whole Foods and Pan Pacific Hotel downstairs. The project is being built by Vulcan Real Estate (a Paul Allen company) and Milliken Development Group.

All design and art direction for this great project was handled by the talented folks at Seattle design firm RMB-Vivid who first called David Repyak and I in to help out back in August of 2004. Strategic sales and shrewd real estate marketing counsel on the project was provided by Dean, Stacy and the rest of the crew at bireM.

JUNE 30, 2005: We're all particularly proud of the fact that as today, all but a handful of units have been sold. Something previously unheard of in the history of Seattle real estate marketing. And something I'm at least happy to take a small part of the credit for.

AUGUST 1, 2006: I've decided to keep this project on the site here under "current projects" even though my involvement is pretty much wrapped up although there are still a few little tasks to be performed on the web site for homeowners as they prepare to move in, etc. The reason to keep it is because of the attention the project has gotten both locally and regionally.
